Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilis account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jilis immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
jilis Casino is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill, bank statement from BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, or a barangay certificate dated within the last three months.
All deposits to your jilis account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilis does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jilis targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within three (3) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification status. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
jilis reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the account.
The jilis Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
jilis does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider for details.

Points are earned on qualifying bets and may be redeemed for bonus credits or other rewards as specified in the loyalty program terms. jilis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
All games offered on the jilis Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by jilis and its game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. jilis does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilis reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. jilis shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager. The decision of jilis regarding game malfunctions is final.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion based on the game's rules and the RNG outcome. jilis is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jilis Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jilis reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
You may request the closure of your jilis account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of the standard withdrawal process.
